The story behind Brewskis
Brewskis Café was founded in September 2025 by a close group of friends brought together by a shared love for coffee, conversation, and community.
For us, coffee has always been more than just a drink — it’s the comforting aroma of freshly ground beans, the sound of milk frothing, and the moments shared between family, friends, and business clients around a table.
Our dream was simple: to create a family- and community-driven café where people feel at home.
At the heart of Brewskis is Marvin, our mascot and inspiration. Marvin was a beloved guinea pig in one of our founders’ homes. Though small, he had a huge personality and became part of the family alongside two German Shepherds and a pug. In his final days, the atmosphere in the home changed — even Nova, one of the German Shepherds, quietly stayed by Marvin’s side until he passed.
His loss was deeply felt, and it reminded us how powerful love, companionship, and family truly are.
That is why Marvin became part of Brewskis Café.
He represents the heart behind everything we do: community, comfort, togetherness, and the celebration of life itself.
